The registration fee covers admission of all conference sessions and it can be paid through online transfer only. The registration is mandatory for all participants, including invited speakers.

Notification for the cancellations must be sent via e-mail to the conference secretariat.
-- Until November 30, 2022: 90% Refund of the registration fee
-- From December 01 to December 09, 2022: 50% Refund of the registration fee
-- From December 10, 2022: No refund


Conversion to a fully on-line/virtual Event

Organizers of the conference may convert ICSM 2022 to a partly or fully on-line/virtual Event for any reason. We will notify you by email if it happens. If the ICSM 2022 is converted to a virtual Event, you have an option to cancel your registration or to attend it online. In case of cancellation, you will receive 100% refund and in case of virtual event, the difference of fee will be refunded. You need to give your confirmation for the above options within one week of our notification.
